1. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing or using any Lexx.in product or service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our products or services.
2. Products & Licenses
Each purchase grants a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use the software for your organization. You may not redistribute, resell, or share the software with third parties. Source code access is provided for customization purposes only.
3. Payment Terms
All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) plus applicable GST. Payment is due before product delivery. We accept UPI, bank transfer, and PayPal. Refund policy: 100% refund within 7 days if the product doesn't meet documented specifications.
4. Support & Updates
Every purchase includes free lifetime software updates. Support duration varies by plan: Starter (6 months), Growth (12 months), Enterprise (24 months). Support includes bug fixes, security patches, and feature guidance.
5. Custom Development
Custom projects are governed by a separate Statement of Work (SOW). The SOW defines scope, timeline, deliverables, and payment milestones. Changes to scope require written approval and may affect pricing.
6. Intellectual Property
Lexx.in retains ownership of all pre-existing intellectual property. Custom work developed specifically for you is licensed exclusively to you upon full payment. We may use anonymized case studies for marketing purposes.
7. Limitation of Liability
Lexx.in's liability is limited to the amount paid for the product or service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our products are provided "as is" with reasonable fitness for purpose.
8. Termination
You may terminate your use of our products at any time. Upon termination, your license remains valid for the purchased product. We may terminate access if you violate these terms.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delhi, India.
